Producing the most amazing quality eggs, which we have been serving up in our breakfast room for the last few years, and now we use throughout our restaurant offerings.

Simon Weaver have been creating award-winning cheese for nearly two decades, and the Weavers have been farming in the Cotswolds since before 1570! With a farm just around the corner, we couldn’t think of a better cheese supplier and food partner. Another amazing family-run local business that works hard to supply their delicious traditional Artisan Italian gelato. In the Summer months, we open up our much loved ice cream and gelato kiosk to keep all our visitors nice and cool. Rob and his team aim to get locally produced milk churned into ice cream within 24 hours of delivery! The only ‘additives’ are the fresh ingredients which provide the many different flavours. No palm oil, and nothing artificial!

From breakfast through until dinner, we only want the best in quality and tastiest bread around. Mark has been in the bread industry for 13 years and is a self-taught, award-winning baker. Based in Chipping Norton, they aso supply bakeries locally so you can always get your hands on some to take away with you.

R&D Walker Butchers are known for serving one of the widest selections of high quality fresh meat in the area. Supplying amazing chicken, beef, pork and lamb, we love creating seasonal dishes that also showcase the vegetables as well as the meat. We’ve always had top compliments on our Sunday lunch, especially the beef, reflecting not only Jason, our chef’s attention to cooking meat with passion, but also Robbie and his team of butchers who source high quality and locally reared meat.

We first started working with Paddy & Scott’s back in 2019, utilising their amazing coffee bags in our hotel rooms, and serving their coffee at breakfast and in The Tap Room. We found their story really interesting and something we want to instill here and absolutely love working with Jonathan and the team.

Andrew has worked with the team at Oxford Wines for over 20 years and when setting up the Tap Room, there was only going to be one local company we’d trust with putting our wine offer together! Neil and his team spent time with us and our team, creating a wine list that compliments our menus, and also providing some quality wines by the glass, something we’re really passionate about

Another great business based here in Bourton-on-the-water! Hawkstone (previously Cotswold Brewery) creates incredible ales, lagers and ciders. Their brewing process is like no other, with the care and attention they put into their products. And with them located just around the corner, a visit is a must when staying in BOTW.

We love what Dan and the team have done in the world of amazing spirits, based here in The Cotswolds, which is why we’re extremely proud to serve them on our menu and in some of our cocktails. Over the last 9 years, they’ve gone from strength to strength (insert ABV joke here), producing amazing gins, whiskeys and liqueurs. We highly recommend visiting their distillery for a tour!

Bar’s don’t have to be all about the booze, we have a great range of soft drinks including whole pressed fruit juices from Bensons! Another company passionate about using all natural ingredients in their produce. Our younger audience also love these.
